We understand that every community is unique and has different needs, and we work with the community doula coordinators to support you in the ways that best suit your clientele. Trainings
The Doula Project has created a model for providing doula care to women during pregnancy terminations and miscarriages. We offer 1-2 day trainings to abortion clinics, hospitals, organizations, and activists interested in incorporating this model of care into their services or mission.
Training and Networking Circle
The Doula Project started the Training and Networking Circle as a way to facilitate relationships between doulas working across the spectrum of pregnancy around the country. By joining the Circle, you become part of a new community of doulas doing radical work and have increased opportunites to partner, learn best practices from each other, and share resources and personal experiences in a confidential space. In addition, you have first access to specialized trainings and workshops from The Doula Project. To join this group you must currently be engaged in doula work across the spectrum of pregnancy or actively working on a start-up project in your community.
